The CDS Commander II and the PDR100/ChaseCam bullet cameras are fully compatable with no additional changes other than requiring miniDIN adapters for functionality.

Below is a pic of the CDS INFORMER.

Note that video goes in on one female RCA jack and out another female RCA jack.

SO.... to use this with our system.

C52 Camera - 5' MD Extension Cable - MD-A10 MiniDin Adapter (female RCA plus DC jack) - M-M RCA Coupler . Plug the RCA coupler into the Informer.

PDR100 - Optional 5' Extension Cable - MD-A11 MiniDIN Adapter (male RCA plus DC jack). Plug the RCA jack into the Informer output.

Now plug the DC jack from the PDR into the DC jack from the camera to provide camera power.

Provide power to the PDR100 (DC jack or hardwire terminal block) and you are ready to record video with CDS overlay!

To recap, you should make sure you are ordering:
C52 Camera
Camera Mount (if you need one)
MD-A10 Adapter
MD-A11 Adapter
M-M RCA Coupler
(2) 5' MD Extension Cables
PDR100 (with card, batteries, mounts, remotes, etc).

If using an Informer 2, see image below.

If using a ChaseCam supplied bullet camera, connect the camera (or the camera's extension cable) to the MiniDIN adapter (yellow RCA jack and black DC Jack). Connect that yellow RCA to the gray "white" video input connector shown.

Connect the red recorder connector to the MiniDIN adapter that plugs into the recorder (PDR100) or recorder's camera adapter cable (DIVA SD).

Connect the male and female DC jacks together (this supplies clean 12V to the camera from the recorder).
