Racepak Export not available

Hi, I am using a Chase Cam recorder and a Racepak Data Logger. The Dashware help file discribes how to export data out of the Racepak Datalink2 software,

Using Racepak G2X Loggers
To export data from the software:
From the Run Log Menu, click the Track Vision Export button.
Choose one of the following options:
Click the Export Standard Track Vision Data button to export standard data.

The "Track Vision Export Button" does not appear under the "Run Log Menu". See screen dump attached.

Can you please advise how I can export data out of the Datalink 2 software?

I am running version 3.3.0 of the software.

Hi,

I think our help wording is a little ambiguous, or maybe RacePak's names are ambiguous. Either way - what you need to do is select the RunLog Menu Tab at the bottom of the screen (which you have selected in your screenshot). If you look at your screen dump there is Track Vision export button. This is the one you need to click.

I was using the top pull down menu and not the bottom tab menu.

Given a quick try and looks great. I am now purchasing so I can burn to disk.
