PDR record not working?

Somehow stopped working start/stop record switch.It's really strange, because on "auto on" function and start record at on - it's working.
From remote commander - on function working, but no record. It seems, that software problem, upgrade not helped.
Any suggestions?

Sounds like maybe the remote commander is trying to override the PDR settings?

If you have the PDR set to auto on... and set to record when on... and then the remote commander tries to send a signal to record, it will cause the unit to pause instead. Is that what you are describing?

If so, you need to choose one method or the other to record. Using the auto-record or the remote commander.
