Secret to contacting customer service?

Is there a secret to contacting ChaseCam customer service?

I sent an email on Monday of this week, resent on Tuesday, and also submitted a contact request via the website. Emails went to "repairs@chasecam.com" on Monday, and on Tuesday I also added "sales@chasecam.com."

I have big video problems. I need help.

I'll try calling the number today, but my hectic work day makes that hard, so I was hoping for email help.

If anyone has a secret to getting email support, please let me know.
