Problems creating video

I've downloaded and purchased Dashware and am very impressed with the application's functionality and ease of use.... however....

When I try to create a video file, I can only get the low and high WMV profiles to work. All other video profiles (inc the H264 which is what I need) cause the program to hang after the 'save file' dialogue.

I'm using a laptop with Win XP Pro and the latest version of Dashware. The source video is some MPEG4 footage from an Archos 405 media recorder. The only 'non windows' codec I have installed on the laptop is DivX (which I need to be able to view the Archos media files).

Can you please help me?

Hi SkyDragon,

We have new versions of our codecs that we are incorporating into a new build. We should be putting out the new build within a few days. I hope that the new codecs resolve the problem.
