PDR100 Will not power on

I have two PDR100's one of them will not power up, I tried batteries and the 12V cigarette lighter adapter.

I did get the screen to flicker a couple times while pressing the power button, but now it has stopped responding completely.

Is there a reset process that might remedy this?

If it won't power on there probably isn't much you can do there. Unit probably has to come back for repair. Fill out our RMA form here: www.chasecam.com/rma and include it in the box. Use RMA# 1734. Ship it to the address on the form. We usually turn these around in a couple days. Please document the problem as detailed as you can on the form and include on the form if you need it back in a short amount of time (ie rush shipping).
