Keypad problems

Ever since I got my PDR some months ago buttons 2 & 3 have not worked so I cannot turn off the G Force display:mad: therefore I cannot display the time:(. I have checked the ribbon cable connected to the PCB and it is connected OK. How do I get another keypad? Can Chasecam send me one to the UK so I can fit it myself? If so how do I go about getting one?
