Will the Skytools LED indicate status on an auto start unit?

Title pretty much says it all.

I just bought a ChaseCam dual camera setup and I already have a Skytools LANC C installed which I used with my prior setup (mini dv). I wonder if recording status will show on the LANC remote if I connect it to the ChaseCam?

Yes. The LANC will show red when recording and green when in standby.
