As the title says, the PDR screen states that I have no recordings, but it shows that the card is full.

I need to clear the data on the SanDisk 8gb CF card. I initially tried to clear it by deleting the data via my Mac, but remember somewhere that I really should do it via my PDR. Is this correct? Any suggestions as how to format the card?

Do you have any other data on the CF card? It's possible the card is full, just not with ChaseCam footage. It's fine to delete the files using your computer.

To clarify, it is not correct that these things should be done via the PDR. They *CAN* be done via the PDR and they can be done via a MAC or PC. Any way should be fine.

On a pc, to format, open up your windows explorer, locate the card, right mouse button on it and select FORMAT from the menu.

You can also review and delete files from the computer. As Randall noted, there must be other files on your card.
