Title says it all. I keep getting that error message when I try to add the video file. Then it shuts down Dashware.
Xvid codec is installed and the video file plays just fine on window media player.
Info about system:
Windows XP
Video File is .avi from VIO POV 1.5 system
Data is .csv from Traqmate
Any idea what is going on? I am using the software as a trial right now so I can see if it likes my video and data before I purcahse so I'd like to get it figured out and buy it.
