PDR100 timing: REC button!

I would like to know the timing between the REC button pressed and the effective recording. any suggest?

If it's : no power / rec, it's about 10/15 second.
If you are already in pause it's nearly instantaneus.

it's in pause, but i need to know the exactly time, i'm sure wich is in milliseconds..but i don't know the value!

I think we are looking for 40milliseconds min as a switch "debounce" feature.
