How about posting some screen prints of data from this module. The ones on the announcement are barely visable. For the accessories mentioned I cannot find them on you web site for the module.

Hi,
I have attached some screenshots of a recent data analysis session. I sued a prototype model at my last race. I was trying to figure out why I was faster in one session in turn 2-3 at buttonwillow vs another. I suspected that it was due to downshifting to second in on vs the other, so I loaded up the two sessions in DashWare (the software that comes with the Data Module). The resulting graphs are shown in the first capture. You can see I moved the slider at the bottom of the screen until the dot on the map was where I was interested in looking. This moved the line and dot in the rpm and speed graphs to the same location.
After this, I went and zoomed in the map (screen capture 2), and saw that I took significantly different lines between the two sessions. It's pretty handy having this all syncd with video because when I drag the slider along, it also seeks the video to the same spot. When I looked at the video, I see that during the black line lap, I am trying to pass someone on the inside, which is why I take such a tighter line.
If you look at the rpm graph you can see that I do downshift in one lap, but not the other two (you can see the rpms spike up on the teal line). The interesting thing is that even though I slow down too much on the lap where I downshifted, I still end up faster at the end of the straight, so that tells me that I should always downshift for this corner. Also I believe the wider arc line is faster, but I need to analyze that on 2 laps where I downshift, and take similar lines.
In this section I also see that I made significant time by braking later, and more importantly the later braking did not make me slower in the subsequent sections.
Next I will probably look into why in my faster lap (the teal one) I am so much slower about 2/3 of the way through the graph, and see if there is any time to find there.
Hope these screenshots help give you a feel for the interface.

Hey the attachments ended up cutting off the right margin of my text, so I am reposting my text. Since my monitor is wide screen it also cut off part of the screen captures, but you can right click and view the entire image. The images are a little blurry due to jpeg compression.

Is there going to be any kind of display unit that can be used to see lap times as they occur.
I think it would be a great feature to have, something simple.
Thanks

Nothing definite on the display module, but we're considering it.
