DashWare 1.1 has been released with several significant improvements and new data analysis functionality that compliments our new ChaseCam Data Module (http://www.chasecam.com/data):

Auto-sync your ChaseCam data with your video! If you have ChaseCam data from several drivers in a race, DashWare will auto-sync them together for you! This feature works only with ChaseCam data and video.
New Analysis graphs! Break down your data right in DashWare: compare data from different laps, different sessions, and/or different drivers. Graph by Time or by Position to see why your friend is quicker coming out of turn 2.
New Data Profiles allow you to streamline your data for DashWare: import your CSV data more easily, create new calculated columns, and map your data to gauge inputs exactly how you want. Use our built-in data profiles to work with CSV files from several brands of data loggers; clone and customize them for your needs, or create your own data profiles from scratch.
Support for many new Data Types added for gauge inputs, including the ability to define your own data types.
If you are using another data logger that is synced with your ChaseCam recorder (such as an RLC) you can set your own Auto-Sync Offset.
Linear interpolation is now used to help smooth out your data.
More user control over how DashWare detects your lap transitions.
Added the ability to ignore the first and/or last lap, and to choose which lap(s) you want your map gauge to display. You don't have to see your entry and exit laps on the sync map anymore!
Improved Open Course (i.e., autocross) support.
New Stock Gauges and project Templates!

Show a History Tail in your G-Force Plot gauge components. Use a short duration to display a comet-like tail, or use a long duration to show your full G-Force cloud.
Much improved Undo/Redo support for project changes.
Miscellaneous bug fixes.

DashWare 1.1.2 is now available. Updates include:

-Support for ChaseCam OBD-II module.
-Added new calculators: HP and Torque Calculator, Current Gear Calculator, Pressure Converter, Temperature Converter and Use Previous Value Calculator.
-Math Calculator can now optionally work across columns (or with a constant value as before)
-Components can now be resized in the project preview area, and you can now resize from any corner or edge (in the GaugeDesigner and project preview area).
-Charts are now saved with the project template.
-We will now loop through all project data loggers when auto-hooking-up gauge inputs.
-Fixed bug causing seek with data to always seek to first lap.
-Charts use screen real estate more efficiently.
-Some prompts now have "don't bug me again" functionality.
-Implemented Options Dialog that lets you change the Projects directory and prompt settings.

Yeah, uninstall the old version and install the new one. Your settings, projects, etc will not be deleted.

-Updated to newer MainConcept codecs (8.6).
-Charts now use checkboxes for adding/removing data.
-Added mouse over in by position chart that shows the time for each value.
-Both the Rectangle and Filled Rectangle gauge components can now optionally have rounded corners.
-Needle component can now have a negative length (allowing you to add a "tail" to a needle).
-Analysis chart bug fixes, including Seek with Data.
-Various other bug fixes.
-Improved data error handling.
-Documentation brought up to date.

After I installed 1.1.3 none of the video works anymore. Either on the existing projects or in new projects. Running Vista. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no luck.

DashWare 1.1.4 is now available. Updates include:

-New ChaseCam Quick Project Creator that makes it easier than ever to create your ChaseCam data video projects.
-Improved AiM data importing, no need to tweak your AiM CSV file in Excel any more.
-DashWare now imports TCX and GPX data files and has cool new bicycling gauges and a project template included (thanks Steve Weixel!).
-New GSX-R1000 gauges and project template, as well as some new simple example gauges.
-New calculators: Distance Converter, Delta Value Calculator, and Lap Summary Calculator (for min/max/avg values per lap).
-The Averaging Calculator can now average backwards, forwards, or in both directions (default / old behavior).
-We tweaked our licensing parameters to hopefully keep it from re-prompting you for activation regularly. This issue was caused by the Windows defragger. Note that this DashWare release will require 1 activation prompt after installation.
-Worked around a .NET bug that was causing "fuzz" to sometimes appear on the lines in map images.
-Misc bug fixes.

DashWare 1.1.5 is now available. Updates include:

-ChaseCam DIVA support added!
-DashWare uses codecs much more explicitly now. This fixes compatibility issues we sometimes had when other video editing packages were installed after DashWare.
-Added support for ContourGPS, Harry's Lap Timer, Qstarz, XT Racing, and NMEA files.
-We now handle formatted date/time strings in CSV files. We convert them into elapsed seconds values.
-Added a GPS Acceleration Calculator that can calculate lateral and longitudinal acceleration G-Forces from GPS data.
-The Averaging Calculator can now handle averaging angles.
-The Data Profile Dialog now lets you open data files that require extraction / conversion (ChaseCam data videos, GPX files, etc).
-Fixed a bug that would sometimes occur when DashWare was maximized to your screen. Some buttons would stop showing up and pop-ups such as tooltips would start appearing in the top left corner of your screen.
-Misc other bug fixes.

I tried to download and install 1.1.7 but it doesnt seem to work on my PC? 1.1.6 runs fine but 1.1.7 doesnt load up after the install

Where are the release notes for 1.1.7? How is it different from 1.1.66?

1.1.7 fixed some issues with the DIVA software. I believe mainly when using a PAL camera for a video source.

I have just installed 1.1.72 on my Windows 7 64bit laptop and also had the problem with program not starting up. I found that if I selected the "Run as Adminstrator" option in the Compatibility tab on the Dashware.exe file the it starts up and runs perfectly.

DashWare 1.1.81 is now available. Updates include:

-Fixed UAC issues by moving our data directory (where settings, gauges, etc are stored) to My Documents\DashWare.
-The XHEO licensing system we were using has caused us so many problems (crashes on various people's computers, lockouts, slowdowns, etc) that we have replaced it. Good riddance.
-For some reason, some data files have messed up linefeeds (CR-CR-LF), which were causing problems with our CSV parsing. We have fixed our code to handle this.
-Added data profiles for Starlane and STACK loggers.
