Can't get RPM to work

I've had a shop double check that the terminal on the DM10 is getting an RPM pulse and that the negative connection has a proper ground.

But, I see no RPM in DashWare. It comes up with Speed and RPM as the two initial graphs in Analyze by Position, but RPM is flat-lined at zero (BTW - the graph axis is a bit odd, it shows +/- 5???).

The graph axis will automatically adjust to the range of data, so don't worry about that.
