Error loading profile....

Upon program startup, I get the following error message"
"Error loading profile C:\ProgramData\ChaseCam\DashWare\Profiles\Mpeg2 for DVD.xml Object reference nnot set to an instance of an object."

Any ideas what is wrong?

Yes, I believe the file does exist on my computer. I can double check tonight.

I just installed dashware on a second system (notebook with Windows XP) and have exactly the same error message. Actually , 6 messages - each time I click through another one pops up until eventually I get into the program. Then it won't recognize my video file, and shuts down when I try to load it (get the message about sending info to microsoft - when I click no, program shuts down). Can you help
