I just installed the processor before my last event, and the S-video cable's kept falling out. I made some attempt's with duct tape and zip tie's to get them to stay, but it didn't help. I though of using silicon, but i remove these at night on race weekends. Here's a pic of the install point's.......

Any tip's to get them to stay?

Thank you

Silicon is what some folks use with success. I'd suggest using the short extension that came with the camera, silicon'ing that to the SS1000, and then unplugging the camera at the other end of the extension. While this isn't common, we do see it happen, and for some reason it's moreso on the V8 cars, possibly due to the specific vibration they have.

We've also made custom setups for some folks, where we replace all the connectors on the back with a blank plate and 3 6" cords with plugs on the end that hang out. Send an email to sales@chasecam.com referencing this thread if you'd like to pursue this route.

Thanks.

I will install the jumper's for the camera's, and try a cheap S-video cable to go between the two box's. So the cable isn't to stiff. If it doesn't look like it will hold, i'll email you!

Thank you!
