Converting MPH to KMH in DashWare

Hi,
my name is Thomas and i´m from Germany.
Now i have a chasecam and the data modul,but i want see in my display kmh not mph. Is this possible to change?

Another question.What time-zone correction is needed in Germany? I meen the utc-xx ?

It appears that Germany is UTC +2:00 during summer (now) and +1:00 during winter.
