Sync slips in final rendering

I never saw this before with previous versions of Dashware but I've got my latest footage and data (both sources I've used perfectly before) synced perfectly in the application, checked it from one end to the other - all fine.
However, on the rendered video the sync slips further out as the footage unwinds, it's hugely frustrating as there's nothing i can do about it........

help ?

What format is the source video in? Also what format are you writing out?

MT2 source (Sony HD) out to H.264 (HD Hi Qual)

Hi Marcus,

This might be a setting in the video profiles that causes this. Fortunately this is configurable. Choose edit video profiles from the file menu, and duplicate the high def high quality profile. Next click the settings button for the MainConcept mp4 multiplexer. Uncheck the live mode check box, and click ok, and click ok on the video profile editor. Select the new profile you just created in the video profile pulldown and try an export. I attached some screen shots.112
