Newbie question

Hi -

I'm using the PDR100 with the DM10 module. Attached to the analog input on the DM10 is output from my EGT display - it should be sending 0 volts until the EGTs read over 900 degrees F, up to 5 volts when the EGTs reach 2100 degrees or above. I've looked in the .csv file, and it looks like the data from the EGT is in the "mV" column.

Now the stupid newbie question - how do I get these values to display in Dashware? I assume that I need to start by drawing a gauge. But how do I hook up the gauge to the data, and how do I convert the data from straight millivolts to degrees?

Any pointers would be appreciated. Or references to tutorials I should be watching.
