Does PDR support in the future greater than 4 GB filesizes? There are now 100 GB cards available from Pretec and I would feel more comfortable if my video is not splitted into 4 GB files. 100 GB would give me about 24 hours of video @ highest quality.

No. We will continue to support the larger CF cards, but the files will be split into 4 gigabytes. This is a file limitation of the OS. Windows using FAT32 can only support 4gigs file sizes.

What would have to be done to have the files in NTFS format ? Is this even possible ? I think NTFS will allow greater file sizes.

Yeah, NTFS, HFS and EXT2/3 (among others) can support larger file sizes.
At issue is what's easy to implement and what's the most universal? Mac users want HFS, Windows users want NTFS and unix/linux users want EXT, though they can deal with NTFS at least.
There is no way Chasecam is going to support all three file formats, or even two of them- us customers are better served by adding and fixing other features/products first.
I'm sure there are other reasons, but I can't think of them at the moment.
