I have a two camera set up. One has the 90 degree lens the other has the 120 degree lens. However, both seem to make the objects in the field of vision seem farther away than they actually are. I have one camera mounted on the truck of the car. During a recent race a car was virtually on my bumper but in the video it appears 30 feet back.
Is there a setting or adjustment I'm missing? |

This is all a function of the lens. I've never seen any of our lenses stretch 2' to 30' if the object is centered, if it's well off to the side I could see how it could look further away. We do sell 72 deg and 56 deg lenses as well if you'd like to go narrower, though the 90 should be pretty darned close to what you see with the human eye.
