Thomas,

Would you mind trying uninstalling and reinstalling. We have had a couple of customers whose install has failed, and the symptoms are the same as you are seeing.

Thanks,
Mark

Hello,
it is curious.
if i install the CD with a older version ( 1.1.0),included with data module, it works.
When i remove this older version and install the new version from internet i have the problem with no video.

Hi,

What format of video are you trying to load?

I need to get some more debug info, so can you:

1. Exit DashWare

2. In your the settings.xml file which is in c:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\ChaseCam\DashWare can you change the DebugWriteGraphFiles to True.

3. Restart dashware and try and load video.

4. Send me the contents of c:\Documents and Settings\Application Data\ChaseCam\DashWareLog.txt.

Thanks,
Mark
