Unhappy Load video possible but see video unpossible... (??)

hi all

In 1st sorry for my bad english, it is not my native language (I'm french) but I try ^^ and I hope you understand me in spite of that

So, I use the trial free version of DashWare to test this soft before maybe to buy it

BUT i have a big problem : I cannot include video in my projects...

The soft take well the video but the windows in the right where we can see the video keep always black and the buttons to read this video not actived...

the problem is not the video and its encoding which is supported by the soft (.mp4) because this video is good in Dashware on a PC of a friend to me which don use Windows7 64 bits...

Maybe because I have installed the last version of "Windows Media Player", the 12 and not the 11 like say to use the soft dashware ?

Thus my question :
DashWare support the OS Windows7 Premium 64 bits ?

I've used it on my 64 bit Windows. Still having problems with interpolation of the video, but it works.

Me i have just the problem to see the video (in fact even with XP...) I dont understand where is the problem I have installed the last framework and codec also... :-(

but for the interpolation no problem for me now ^^

A friend to me created a little soft in JAVA language & a little command to write in the "command.com /DOS's windows" to transform the CSV given by PerformanceTools & the PerformanceBox's in a good .CSV for Dashware :-) ^^

I go to my job but tonight if you use like me the PerformanceTools software & the PerformanceBox's DATA I can send to you and explain how doing this correction ;-)

I think now, i’m sure even after more and more tests and install that the problem is not on my PC but in your soft

I downloaded several times your trial version and install it on 2 PC with differents hardware and OS, Windows 7 Premium 64 bits in one and XP Pro SP3 in the other , and in the 2 cases the same conclusion, not possible to see one video loaded...

The problem is in your soft :
1- it is a virus...
or/and
2- it have a big bug and it is not adapted to all configurations

it is not a “pro universal” software like TrackVision for example who turn perfectly on my 2 PC...
