Since nobody has replied yet, I figured I may as well say something.
I suggest calling or emailing ChaseCam to schedule an RMA. I recently had a PDR100 screen replaced and the turnaround was fast (since it is the off-season, I specified ground shipping both ways, but the actual repair was quite fast) and a price much lower than what I expected to pay.
I've never seen the inside of a DIVA, but the PDR is pretty densely packed and I wouldn't consider the screen a user-replaceable item. Plus, if your DIVA is still under warranty you probably want to keep the warranty, which you'd lose by opening it up.
If you can't be without the recorder while it is being repaired, ask if they have a loaner unit. Last year when my PDR stopped working the day before 3 days at Laguna Seca, they got me a loaner to me overnight.
