Default DIVA Problems/Q's

It appears that my dual camera adapter cable for my DIVA has gone bad (one input no longer functions). I can't find it listed in the on line store: How do I order a new one?


With a recent firmware upgrade my MoTeC data sync no longer works. I'm set up so that the DIVA is set to start 0.35 sec prior to the MoTeC data collection start. It used to work fine and now instead of starting recording the DIVA shuts off and refuses to power up even if I use a LANC to try and turn it back on. Thoughts on what I should look at to trouble shoot?

Hi Tom.

First, have you tried (I assume you probably have) switching cameras to make sure the problem is the adapter cable?

Call us at 858 748-1777 and we can get one out to you.

Are you using Gforce trigger enabled on the unit?

Yes, both cameras are functional, the lead from camera #2 appears dead. I'll give you a call.
