Ship the item(s) with the RMA form to our San Marcos repair location (unless otherwise notified). Please let us know if there are time constraints on the return. Please include items that are connected to the unit. If your complaint is “no video”.. please do not just send the recorder, we will want to look at the camera(s) and cables (as an example).
Please completely fill out of the form and send the items to our Tennessee repair facility.
