ChaseCam offers a full 30 day FULL money back guarantee on all our products. We aim to create happy customers. If for any reason you feel the product was not a good fit for your needs, just contact us email us and let us know. After we receive the returned product, we will refund your original product purchase price (not including shipping).
We pride ourselves in offering high quality products, but even the best products can occasionally have a problem. If the item you purchased from us has a problem in 90 days, let us know so we can replace it. This does not include items damaged from high shock, collisions, or misuse.
We try to always offer an upgrade path. We feel the best customers are not the new ones, but the existing ones and we appreciate that. If your ChaseCam product is out of warranty and you want to upgrade, we offer a very favorable upgrade path. Please contact us.

Shipping
WE SHIP OUT THE SAME DAY!
We ship all stocked products the same day or within 24 hours. If a product is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you, normally the same day. We try to process all orders by 3:00pm PST. If you have a rush order and want to make sure it gets shipped out, we encourage you to call us and let us know. Orders received after 3:00pm will ship out the following day.
Notifications and tracking:
You should get an automated email from the online store notifying you that your order was placed, and then another when the order was processed and shipped. If your second email indicates that the order is "complete," that means the order has shipped.
If the cart shows a shipping charge of zero, ChaseCam will add the normal shipping charges. If that is not acceptable, please do not submit an order. If you are having an item shipped to a country outside of USA, please feel free to contact us for a quote. If your country is now listed as being available for shipment, you can email us. We do not sell product to certain listed countries.
If you ordered something that is shipped with UPS, we will also email you your tracking number. Items shipped domestically via USPS will ship with delivery confirmation.
Methods of shipment:
We can work with other methods and carriers, but the following is what we will normally do:
Cameras and electronic items valued over $100 will ship insured through UPS. All other items will ship US Postal Service. Items weighing 1 pound or more will automatically ship US Postal Service Priority Mail, unless they are also valued over $100.
Time for Delivery:
We are located in San Diego. Items shipped via UPS Ground and US Mail will often be delivered the next day in California, and then take longer as the distance increases from Southern California. Priority Mail will range from 1 day, to 3 days for delivery in the continental USA, but there are no delivery guarantees for Priority Mail. A delivery to the east coast via UPS Ground might take a week or more. International shipments often have delays due to customs. We ship international shipments via Airmail or UPS Worldwide. Often shipments to Canada and Greece experience the longest delays.
Please note that carriers do not include holidays or weekends into the stated delivery times. A two-day air shipment placed on Friday, would not arrive until Tuesday. If you would like Saturday delivery, please call us.
Privacy
ChaseCam does not use any information that is volunteered to us, or automatically collected by this site, in way beyond directly servicing the sales of our products. No information is collected and shared with any other entity. All credit card information is collect on a 128-bit secure server. Any customer paperwork, when disposed, is double shredded. Simply put, we treat our customers like we would like to be treated.
